As the leading statewide organization working to advance the probation profession in Ohio, our mission is to provide education and training, legislative advocacy services, and professional development opportunities to and for our members in the field. Members can attend quarterly trainings free of charge and receive high quality training at our annual Line Officer Training Conference. Further, the Association also works closely with government partners including the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and the Ohio Supreme Court as well as follow Associations like the Ohio Judicial Conference and the Ohio Association of Juvenile Court Judges. Moreover, membership ensures access to regular communications from the Association tied to all aspects of our mission and support through the members' only section of our website. Membership also provides the opportunity to grow professionally and personally with colleagues at membership meetings and through work on standing committees.
