The following shall be eligible for membership in the various classes of membership of the Association:
1.Voting Members - all District Attorneys who hold an active law license in Pennsylvania. Membership begins at the start of employment with the county. Requests for membership must be made directly with PDAA.
2.Non-voting Members - all assistant and deputy district attorneys who hold an active law license in Pennsylvania. Membership begins at the start of employment with the county. Requests for membership must be made directly with PDAA.
3.Non-voting Associate Members - all former District Attorneys and former assistant district attorneys, deputy attorneys general, state prosecutors, federal prosecutors, counsel for the PA State Police, police chiefs and such other persons as shall be approved by the membership. Membership begins upon approval from the PDAA and after payment for dues has been made. Associate Membership is the only class of membership that can be applied for online.

*Please note that certain applications require a vote by the PDAA Executive Committee which meets quarterly. In order to present your application to the Committee please apply by the following dates so it can be submitted for review.
February 1 • April 1 • July 1 • October 1
Once your application is approved, we will invoice you for the $75.00 associate membership dues. Duration of annual membership is from January 1 to December 31.
