The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) is a collaborative, voluntary, and non-profit community of practice composed of dedicated representatives from LGBT+ employee resource groups and/or human resource/diversity teams of private firms in the Philippines.
We started with five companies from the banking and financial industry in October 2013 and now have over 50 members from across multiple industries. Our member organizations are some of the largest multinationals in the country, all of whom are proudly equal opportunity employers and recognized employers of choice.
