Arielle Horan, a doctoral candidate in Boise State University's Educational Technology program, is seeking volunteers to participate in her IRB-approved dissertation research focused on how K-12 rural schools are currently using online education and the relationship between smartphones, Internet access, and online education in rural schools. Focus group data will be used to develop a survey that will be issued to 400 rural school districts starting in August.
