Dear Clients,

We are sharing some important and exciting news regarding the cloud solution we are using to manage events, campaigns [and memberships]: EventBank, as of August 24th, has officially rebranded to become Glue Up.

What does it mean for you?
The first time you will attempt to log in to EventBank, you will be logged out and redirected to the Glue Up page. You can simply log in using your original credentials from EventBank. You can reset your password if you have forgotten it.

The mobile app will also be renamed from EventBank to Glue Up. You can simply install the new update if you already have downloaded it or simply download the Mobile App if you haven’t yet [download it on App Store or Google Play]!

How about my data saved on EventBank?
The servers and the legal entity remain the same, so your details will be unchanged and will remain secured and protected.

What happens to my memberships?
Your membership remains unchanged, you can find your details when logging on Glue Up, and manage it as usual.

What if I have registered to an event?
When clicking on the event page, you will be automatically redirected to the original event page. If you need to join a webinar, the link appearing on your profile (now My Glue, formerly My EventBank) will be updated, as well as the one appearing on the email reminders.
