S-Group Network (Pty) Ltd Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Benefits: As a member of the S-Group Network (Pty) Ltd, you will have access to exclusive benefits and services, including but not limited to discounts on event tickets, access to members-only events, and special offers from our partners.
2. Membership Term: Your membership will be valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, your membership will need to be renewed for another year unless you choose to cancel.
3. Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change at any time. Once you have paid for a membership, you will have access to all the benefits and services associated with that membership level for the duration of your membership term. If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your term, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining time on your membership. However, you will continue to have access to all membership benefits until the end of your term. S-Group Network (Pty) Ltd membership will increase every year to account for inflation and the rising costs of providing membership services and benefits.
4. Payment: Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card or other approved methods.
5. Membership Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of our terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by us. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes and the updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your membership or participation in our events. By becoming a member, you agree to release us from any liability for such incidents.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws South Africa in which our organisation is located.
