Active membership is for midwives who are currently registered to practice in Alberta and are actively practicing.
Student memberships are for those who are currently enrolled in Mount Royal University's BMid program or any other federally recognized midwifery program.
Inactive memberships are for Midwives who are currently on a Leave of Absence, but intend on returning to work.
