The Hawaii Condominium Industry often takes advantage of CAI Hawaii educational seminars. Seminar guest speakers are industry experts who are usually booked a year in advance to come share best practices in a professional lunch and learn format for CAI Hawaii members, board members, contractors, attorneys, property managers, resident managers, and guests.
