"The GTCC Handbook (GTCC Membership Directory) has established itself as an important tool for the work of the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce. It is very welcome to the Board of Trade. As the Handbook is sent to business associations in Germany, it is of benefit to German businessmen who wish to deal with experienced companies in Thailand" -- Ob Vasuratna, President of Board of Trade of Thailand in 1978.

GTCC Handbook in 1978 was available at THB 100 per copy. The price was equivalent to one bucket of rice which was THB 100-130. At that time, it costed THB 6-8 per dish for curry rice and THB 8 baht for a dish of red pork rice / a bowl of noodles.
