Dear SHRI Members,
The new Executive Council for SHRI has been in place for 3 months now. It has been a very busy and exciting period. We have been working with the Secretariat team on the current operations of the Institute and at the same time working on the potential future path for it. We have reached a stage now where we have a number of concrete plans in place.
Since we are an Institute that exists to serve the needs of you, our Members, and the larger HR community in Singapore; I would like to invite you to a Members night on 23 July to discuss these plans. Additionally, we will also take the opportunity of having all of us together to schedule a quick Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) at the same time to discuss some routine decisions that require your approval.
The agenda and logistics for this event are included in the covering e-mail. The formal notice of the EOGM including proposed topics of discussion is also attached. Please do your best to join us and be a part of these discussions.
All of us in the Executive Council and the Secretariat team look forward to meeting you on 23 July for networking, makan and discussions on the future direction of our Institute.
