The Who, What and How of Mediation: Negotiated Settlements for COVID-19 Disputes (Webinar, 22 July)
Arising from COVID-19, there has been multitude of disputes in all sectors resulting from supply chain disruptions to lockdown financial woes. Most businesses cannot afford the time and money of formal dispute resolution processes through the court, arbitration and adjudication. Amicable settlements are not always achievable. Last week, Air Selangor kicked off their CSR programme at Village Grocer with the launch of Box of Hope, a partnership in collaboration with Village Grocer & Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia. This initiative encourages customers to donate essential food items to the special Air Selangor x Village Grocer’s Box of Hope which will be placed in participating Village Grocers. Items collected from these boxes will be distributed to the various charities associated with Yayasan Food Bank.
