Malaysia, the UK's second largest trading partner in ASEAN remains a highly attractive destination for British companies wishing to expand their business overseas. BMCC Meet The Buyer's Programme (Malaysia - Food & Drink) Event Recap

As part of the UK’s initiative to enhance its trade with the world, the Trade Team at the BMCC (Official Delivery Partner for the DIT in Malaysia) hosted a 2 day virtual event on 9 – 10 September, titled ‘Meet The Buyers Programme (Malaysia – Food & Drinks)’. Working alongside the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the BMCC Trade Team assisted Malaysian buyers to source for Food / Drink products from the UK and matched them with potential UK exporters.
 
Potential UK F&D companies also managed to take this opportunity to meet with our Malaysian buyers that consists of reputable distributors and supermarket that are well-established in Malaysia, and were looking to bring in more quality products from the UK. Immigration Department Malaysia: Latest Guidelines for Malaysians to exit and re-enter country

The Malaysian Immigration Department has outlined the latest guidelines for Malaysians who wish to exit and enter the country until the end of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO). The department in a statement [on 12 Sep], said the exit/entry procedure is divided into categories, namely one that requires approval from the department to leave the country and one that does not and those who are not allowed to leave the country, as well as the procedure to re-enter Malaysia.

Congratulations to our IGCSE Class of 2020 for achieving outstanding results this year
