The BMCC and our Talent Network call for industry input! In collaboration with Bina Bakat and the Malaysian Government, through the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), the BMCC is collecting industry input via the Malaysian Industry Talent Survey to understand its members' talent issues and requirements.
The objective is to identify our members' talent issues, gaps, requirements, and key areas of intervention and assistance required.
The industry input received will serve as policy input for the Government to advocate for business-friendly policies in terms of talent development and retention.
The survey will be available from 13 May to 3 June.

| BMCC Visit to King Henry VIII College |

With over 500 years of history in the UK, King Henry VIII College was established in Malaysia in 2018 and prides itself as one of the prestigious international schools in the country offering co-education boarding and day school for students aged 3-18 years old.
With over 650 students enrolled, Martin and Dr. Tracy introduced us to some classroom sessions with their teachers and students. They elaborated on their various academic programmes in the school and outside classroom activities that ranged from summer camps and student-led initiatives – one that particularly stood out was the 2-hour beach cleanup effort by the children.
With the membership to the Chamber, Martin hopes to engage with industry leaders from the Technology and Digital sectors for collaboration opportunities as part of a ‘future-ready’ approach to equip the students with the realities of today’s business environment.
