Hand2HeartDC utilizes a comprehensive public health approach that connects research and evidence-based program efforts to assist justice-involved individuals in preparing to successfully reenter the workforce, attaining and sustaining employment, achieving economic stability, working toward sobriety, and remaining free from justice-involvement, regardless of their release date. Services are provided in person for individuals in the DMV area and virtually to people across the country.
