💡 Dr. Mark McBride-Wright MBE CEng MIChemE FEI's session at next week's #DecomWeek2024 promises not only to shine a light on the importance of diversity, but also to highlight ways in which the decommissioning sector can combat people challenges by altering our outlook.

During our recent Deep Dive session with CONSUB, we were delighted to welcome them as one of our newest members. As an independent engineering and project management services provider in oil and gas, decommissioning and renewables, this team draw upon the extensive experience of their leads to offer unique insight to customers. Capabilities cover greenfield, brownfield and end of life assets, on an international basis. The discussion delved into how Consub's seasoned engineers can enhance decommissioning and life extension projects. We explored in detail how Consub supports clients in all elements of life cycle asset management, covering crucial aspects such as integrity assessment and flow assurance, life extension strategies, wax prediction and management, as well as cleaning and disposal evaluations and waste management. In our Deep Dives, we spend dedicated time with our members to examine present and forthcoming capacities, aspirations, and strategies, providing impartial viewpoints. The truth is, these sessions are advantageous for both our members and Decom Mission, resulting in enriched comprehension and insight for all involved. Decom Week 2024 Pitch Battles Thursday 23 May, 11.45am, Ardoe House Hotel Got a product or service that you think could be game changing in the decommissioning sector? We are looking for businesses to pitch ideas and innovations to our panel and audience this Decom Week. Competitors need to think outside the box as they pitch fresh concepts in need of investment, increased awareness, or love from industry. With just 2 minutes to present, and only one slide allowed, this is a test of how well the presenter can provide a concise overview, explain the benefits, and justify why they deserve investment.
