On September 15, 2023, the Director General of the Ministry of Finance issued Decree 161/2023 on the "Payment of income tax pursuant to Section 41, paragraph two of the Tax Code". This provision regulates the taxation of income earned abroad by tax residents in Thailand (foreign income).

At our webinar, the tax expert from Mazars in Thailand, Mr. Martin Liebenow, will explain the new regulation, as well as the potential tax effects, and will give advice on what else needs to be considered for this year and next year.
