Lisa leads our global consulting strategy, including mobility program development and thought leadership. She is responsible for CWM’s Perspectives article and webinar series, research initiatives, and is a frequent presenter on issues impacting our industry. She has a strong background in Talent, ROI and D&I Mobility strategies. Born in Japan, Lisa has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.

Elizabeth Keller
International Mobility Standard Chartered Bank Head – IM & Immigration

Elizabeth has been working in International Mobility for 18 years. Starting in the manufacturing industry supporting Caterpillar Inc and then moving to financial services, she’s now at her third global bank, having previously worked for Barclays Capital/Bank and Goldman Sachs.

She’s married with three children and has lived in Singapore for six years. She is also a self-confessed avid fan of Korean & Chinese dramas and loves to read!

Meera Srinivasan
Global Manager Employee Mobility, Performance and Reward at Treasury Wine Estates (TWE)

Meera is a Senior HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in the areas of Remuneration & Benefits, Global Mobility and Expatriate Tax compliance gained from both professional services and industry roles.

During her career, Meera has been accountable for a wide range of activities including Expatriate, Equity & Employment Tax Compliance, Global Compensation & Benefits Reporting and broader Global Mobility & Reward consulting.

She has a strong interest in inclusion and diversity, and currently leads the ANZ I&D Council at TWE.

Magdalena Gobel
Global Mobility Specialist at SKF

Magdalena started her career in Global Mobility 15 years ago. She has been working in Swedish multinational companies as well as local and global relocation companies – giving her deep knowledge in the mobility arena.

She joined the Global Mobility team at SKF in 2011 and is now the company’s Global Mobility expert. In recent years, her focus has shifted from handling long-term assignments to providing advice on tax legislation, labor law, social security and immigration for all kinds of cross-border movements.

Catherine Birchall
Group Mobility Manager at Sky

Cat has worked as a mobility professional for almost 10 years spanning across in-house roles and as a Mobility Consultant. In her current role she is developing the new Mobility brand to enhance the development and transfer of talent across a growing international footprint post the Comcast NBCU purchase of Sky.

The new brand is heavily focused on the employee experience while offering a diverse suite of policies for the business – including virtual assignments.

Outside of work, Cat has recently bought a black and white kitten, which has made lockdown 2.0 a little more entertaining!
