Fetri Miftach is an industrial practitioner in the field of Enterprise Security Architecture with over 25 years of experience. He has served as Director of Professional Services at PT Xynexis International since 2005. Xynexis International is a consulting services company founded in 2005, specializing in Information Security with clients from various industries worldwide.

Fetri Miftach holds several prestigious qualifications, including Chartered Engineer (UK Engineering Council), Chartered IT Professional (CITP), and PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor. Additionally, he is certified as a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), TOGAF 9 Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, and SABSA Security Architect.

Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto is an investment lawyer whose practice covers a wide array of commercial legal matters, including transactional and dispute resolution, and both inbound and outbound work.
Nico has advised and represented multinational corporations, including Microsoft, PepsiCo, General Electric, Rolls-Royce, General Motors, Nissan, FedEx and IBM. Nico has also assisted various other funds in greenfield and brownfield investments in Indonesia.
His notable cases include acting for major creditors in one of the largest and most complex insolvency proceedings in Indonesian history; a Fortune 500 multinational technology company’s investments in data center projects, which included various property deals and licensing advice; various automotive companies with their disposal of its Indonesian assets and exit from the country, and a major Indonesian infrastructure company with the signing of a port concession agreement for operation in East Kalimantan.
