We were honoured to visit Grand Hyatt as a chance to welcome them as a Sterling member. Grand Hyatt distinguishes itself with upscale elegance by offering unique experiences for their customers in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We discussed the various new experiences that they plan to introduce this year, including unique beauty treatments for the modern woman and exclusive world-class dining. We had an engaging discussion with their General Manager, Olivier Lenoir, who enlightened us on the environmental sustainability endeavours incorporated into their operations, such as food sourced naturally and locally and their cutting-edge food waste prevention system that measures, tracks and records food wastage. Our CEO, Jennifer Lopez, Business Development Manager, Shaayla Jayabhalan, and our Communications and PR Manager, Angelyn Ng, also met with Venus Lye, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Norbazrina (Rina) Yazid-Gilliland (LPEC Certified), Cluster Director of Marketing Communications. We look forward to bringing together members of BMCC through events and networking receptions to immerse in the Grand Hyatt experience.
