We are pleased to invite our members to the GTCC Ordinary General Meeting 2023 to be held on:
Thursday 30 March 2023, at 16.30 hrs.
Venue: Ballroom I, Shangri-La Bangkok (89 Soi Wat Suan Plu, New Road, Bangrak, Bangkok)
We are honored, that H.E. Georg Schmidt, Ambassador, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Bangkok, will make a keynote speech on the topic: "Thailand's way after the pandemic"
The agenda of the OGM 2023 and minutes of the OGM 2022 are in the registration link below. We would be grateful if you could register your participation by 27 March 2023 at the latest. Nine new directors will have to be elected to the Board for a full two-year term. The following ten persons have been nominated as candidates for the election of nine new board members. All of them have confirmed their willingness to serve on the board if elected.

Ordinary Members
As an ordinary member, you are entitled to vote. In case you are not able to attend the OGM, you could practice your voting right by authorizing another Ordinary Member to attend and vote on your behalf with the Proxy-Form and return it to ogm(at)gtcc.org. We strongly advise to send proxy 3 days prior to the OGM 2023 (by 27 March 2023) to ensure a smooth registration process for our members.

If the required quorum (Bye-Laws Section 22) for holding the meeting is not reached, the meeting shall be postponed to 19.00 hrs. at the same venue and date.
