About This Event

  • In Person!: This year’s conference theme is Reimagining Reentry. As always, our Conference is a great networking and resource sharing opportunity for those working with justice-involved individuals. It’ll be great to see everyone again.
  • Conference Hosts: The 17th Annual Conference is once again proudly hosted by Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Department of Social Services, The Family and Community Trust (FACT), and Area Resources for Community and Human Services (ARCHS).

  • What are the biggest challenges you are facing serving clients?

Presentations

  • This year’s presenters will focus on client needs, service delivery models, and staff recruitment/retention. Come with your own stories (from justice-involved individuals, MDOC staff, justice system, service providers, employers). What new systems, partnerships, and processes have you updated or put in place? We want to share best practices directly from practitioners in the reentry field from across Missouri. For Presenter Information.

Sponsors/Exhibitors/Raffles

  • Now that we are back in-person, there will be ample ways to get your marketing message in front of more than 400 influential/decision-making Conference attendees. Highly visible sponsorships for the Conference app and Conference meals are available. Choose from virtual or in-person exhibit spaces. Fun raffle prizes (gift baskets/gift cards, etc.) are always a big hit with attendees. For Sponsor/Exhibitor/Raffle Information.

Additional Information

  • The daily agenda will be posted as soon as possible. We are incorporating feedback from previous years including repeating sessions. Stay tuned.
  • Given spotty internet coverage at the Lodge and other logistical issues, we unfortunately will not be offering a virtual option this year.
  • We are planning to offer free Contact Hours and paid CEUs. More details to come.
  • Currently, we do not have free scholarships available. If you know of a sponsor that may be interested in supporting this, please contact us at events@stlarchs.org.
  • We will once again be using an interactive Conference app. Once it goes live, we will let you know. It’s a handy one-stop shop of Conference information.
  • The Lodge staff is very accommodating and can offer vegetarian, vegan, and Gluten-free menu options, just let your table server know.
  • Plan to reacquainted yourself with favorite area restaurants and businesses near the Lodge, some may have changed hours of operation or closed.

Health and Safety

  • Please respect fellow attendees preferences for mask wearing and social distancing. The best rule is if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within five days of attending the Conference, or if you are not feeling well and have symptoms (fever, cough, etc.), please do not attend. Masks and hand sanitizer will be made available to attendees upon request. If circumstances or guidance changes, we will alert attendees. For Latest CDC Guidance and Information.
