👏🏼 Congratulations to the Monsoon Wind Power team for receiving the prestigious “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞” recognition during the IFR Asia Awards ceremony that took place on Tuesday 16th April 2024 in Hong Kong. It was a great honour for our Managing Partner Audray Souche to share this moment with them.   DFDL is proud to have supported the Monsoon Wind Power team as Lao counsel in their execution of a ground-breaking 600 MW onshore wind project in the Lao PDR – the largest in Southeast Asia to date, with unique cross-border features and challenges. 📝 The OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS agreed to the Two-Pillar Solution to Address the Tax Challenges Arising from the Digitalisation of the Economy in October 2021. Amount B provides for a simplified and streamlined approach to the application of the arm’s length principle to in-country baseline marketing and distribution activities, with a particular focus on the needs of low-capacity countries.
