Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, Bangkok’s buzzing Langsuan hotel, has appointed Justin Pallack as the new Director of Restaurants & Bars as he sets to oversee its five bustling and innovative restaurants and bars as well as the other dining experiences.
Justin Pallack brings 25 years of industry wisdom to the capital of the Land of Smiles. His illustrious career spans multiple roles across New York and then to Miami Beach where he served as General Manager of the multiple award-winning, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Company. Driven by his passion and bolstered by successes, he was beckoned to Asia; assuming the role of General Manager at the pioneering cocktail destination, 28 HongKong Street then subsequently serving as the pre-opening Director of Restaurants & Bars at the Mondrian Singapore Duxton.
As the flagship of Kimpton Hotels & Resorts in Asia, Justin is familiar with Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok and its diverse array of restaurants and bars. Expressing his excitement, Justin remarked, 'The reputation of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is stellar. Many of my peers have gotten animated when they learn that I will join this remarkable operation. Each time I’ve walked through the hotel doors, it's been electric.
