This marks their third consecutive year of being recognized by MICHELIN, a testament to the consistency of the excellent dining experiences they continue to deliver to their guests. MICHELIN awards restaurants using top-quality ingredients, where dishes with distinct flavors are prepared to a consistently high standard.
Signature dishes include Fried Prawns with Singapore Chili Sauce served with Deep Fried Mantou, Sautéed Australian Beef Tenderloin with Garlic and Black Pepper Sauce, Crispy Skin Peking Duck, and a diverse Dim Sum selection.
