Bradley Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new dual leadership role. He embarked on his career in the healthcare industry in 1998 and has held significant leadership positions in renowned pharmaceutical companies such as Glaxo Wellcome, Novartis, Abbott Laboratories, and AbbVie.
In 2020, Bradley Williams joined Bayer Australia as the Business Unit Head of Specialty Medicine, where his strategic acumen significantly contributed to the success of the Ophthalmology business. His efforts propelled Bayer's market position and fostered substantial brand growth in the sector. Demonstrating his versatility, Bradley expanded his responsibilities in 2022 by becoming the Head of Portfolio, overseeing both the Ophthalmology and Cardiorenal businesses before accepting the new challenge in Thailand.
Now, as the Managing Director of Bayer Thai Co., Ltd. and Country Division Head of Pharmaceuticals, Bradley is tasked with spearheading Bayer's strategic initiatives in Thailand. His focus will be on advancing healthcare solutions and contributing to the development of the agriculture sector in the region.
Bradley Williams holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney, underlining his commitment to the business and marketing aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
