I am the principal investigator of STEM-OPS and the director of the STEM-OPS Executive Committee. I am also the workforce equity director at From Prison Cells to PhD (P2P) and the founder and CEO of World Wide Smart Beauty, a consulting company working with clients globally to enhance their brand and DEI footprint. My accomplishments span 20+ years unlocking the potential of those who need added support to advance in education and the workforce. In addition to having a master's degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Behavior, I am pursuing my doctoral studies in business administration at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. I partner with clients and organizations globally to reach, touch, and change the lives of people through mentoring, education, workforce development, advocacy, and policy change.

Passionate about education, culture, and workforce development, I am the #1 fan to two daughters who love soccer, lacrosse, and fun-loving labradoodles. My favorite interests are travel, culture, skiing, and cooking. I am relentlessly curious and energized by connecting, creating, growing, and inspiring. I am the recipient of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “40 under 40” award, and a graduate of FOCUS “CORO Women in Leadership” program. You can reach me via social media on Twitter and LinkedIn, and you can visit me at my personal website.
