SO much has transpired since the pandemic hit. Dignity for Divas doubled our impact reaching over 3,000 additional individuals experiencing homelessness and extended our programs to include our covid-19 readiness program offering PPE services and supplies and vaccine support. We are excited to share that we have JUST acquired a new facility that will host all of our workshops and self-care supportive services.
The Diva Dream Academy will provide self-care resources for women ages 18yr- 85yrs who are experiencing homelessness or recently housed in the Greater Seattle Area.
We need a lot of help, and are looking for groups to help us tackle these projects:
- Moving items from the old office [weekends in late June/early July]
- Transporting inventory [weekends in late June/early July]
- Setting up the new supply room [weekends in late June/early July]
- Painting [6/21-25]
- Decorating [early/mid-July]
