The Exhibitor's participation  is contingent upon your having paid in full the applicable fees,  and/or extra charges incurred due to additional services selected  by you. The Exhibitor Fees will be due and payable to the Organiser:

• upon the Organiser's acceptance of the exhibition registration and 
• on or before 7 Oct 2020 (23.59 HK time)

Upon payment of the Exhibition Fees, the Exhibitor will receive the login information of the Virtual Expo.

Notwithstanding the above, the following two categories of exhibitors are not liable to any exhibitor fees:

a)     the 12 Fellows selected under the Edventures GBA Fellowship program

b)    Knowledge Partners of the Virtual Exhibition

All Exhibitor fees are final. There will be no refunds of the Exhibitor fees upon payment, unless the Virtual Expo is cancelled.
