Beth Schinoff
Dr. Beth S. Schinoff (schinoff@bc.edu) is an assistant professor in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, her MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Arizona State University. Prior to academia, Beth worked in communications in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her current research seeks to understand the social side of work organizations and how it enhances employees' experience of work. Her research has appeared in top management outlets such as Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Review, Academy of Management Review, and Academy of Management Journal.
