President & CEO of North Carolina ChamberLew became President and CEO of the North Carolina Chamber in August 2006. The Pennsylvania native brought 26 years of state chamber experience to North Carolina. He worked for 23 years at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, and in 2003, he took the post of president and CEO of the Kansas Chamber until he resigned to come to North Carolina.
Bob Harris
Founder of CAEFor over 30 years, Bob has guided associations and chambers to increase performance and set a direction. He is on the faculty of the US Chamber teaching at the Institute for Organization Management. To improve associations, he created a self-assessment process used by more than 20,000 organizations. He’s been called the “Martha Stewart of association management” for providing tips and templates that make governance and management easier. He’s worked in the hospitality industry for Hyatt Hotels in Tampa for over 30 years.
Dave Kilby
President/ CEO of Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE)Dave Kilby, executive vice president, corporate affairs, joined the CalChamber staff in December 1988 after more than 11 years in local chamber of commerce management. In addition to working with CalChamber major members, he serves as CalChamber corporate secretary and coordinates Board relations. Kilby also serves as president/chief executive officer of the Western Association of Chamber Executives. Kilby has communicated extensively with California businesses through travel and speaking engagements, developing and implementing an extensive outreach program for members, potential members and grassroots contacts. Kilby holds a B.A. in political science from California State University, Fresno. He is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber Institutes for Organization Management program and served as 1996 chairman for the Western Institute at UCLA.

In his role at the Chamber, Aaron serves a membership network of more than 1200 enterprises employing more than 80,000 people.

Compensation & Research Manager at The Employers AssociationThe Employers Association is a member-based organization that serves as a knowledgeable and trusted resource to meet the comprehensive human resource and training needs for over 900 organizations in the greater Charlotte area. Stephanie is primarily responsible for advising companies in the areas of compensation and benchmark data, tailoring compensation consulting services to meet the needs of the member. This includes, but is not limited to, assessment or creation of salary structures; job analysis; and FLSA guidance. Stephanie is a Pineville, NC native and graduated from The University of the North Carolina Charlotte with a degree in Communication Studies.

President & CEO of South Carolina Chamber of CommerceTed Pitts took over as President and CEO of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce in January of 2015. Ted came to the Chamber after serving first as Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff for South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley during her first term in office. Prior to that, Ted served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2003-2010 representing Lexington County.
