As Managing Director for ASEAN in BSI, Emmanuel Herve is responsible for 6 ASEAN countries, 14 offices including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. He is also a Sustainability Champion for BSI in ASEAN, driving external business engagements, and internal carbon reduction initiatives. Emmanuel has been instrumental in driving climate change actions by partnering with multiple external agencies and organizations such as the British Chamber of Commerce. He is a thought leader on the subject and has often been invited to speak on Sustainability across ASEAN. Prior to this, Emmanuel has also served in various senior roles within BSI - as Managing Director, Hong Kong; Vice-president for Professionals Services APAC; Vice-President for Standards Business Development, APAC, and as the Head of British Standards Solution Standards.

Wan Muqtadir leads BSI's sustainability team in Malaysia, with a primary focus on GHG verification, sustainability report assurance, carbon neutrality verification, and the certification of sustainable palm oil. With over a decade of professional experience spanning across diverse sectors, he has made a significant impact in the realm of sustainability. Initially trained as an aircraft engineer, he embarked on a journey to pioneer greener aircraft maintenance practices, thus demonstrating his commitment to sustainability. His academic accolades include a master's degree in Environment and Development from the Graduate Institute of International Development, Agriculture and Economics (GIIDAE) at the University of Reading. In recent years, his focus has centered on driving assurance in the palm oil industry, fostering dialogues and initiatives that promote sustainable palm oil production, exemplified by his management of the PalmGHG calculator, responsible new plantings, also remote sensing verification.
