Donna Stevenson


Donna S. Stevenson is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Early Morning Software, Inc., a national Software Research and Development Laboratory and is the founder of the COMPASS Institute for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Early Morning Software is the manufacturer of PRISMCompliance.com (PRISM), the nation's most comprehensive Supplier Diversity, Contract and Labor Management Software-as-a-Service platform. Early Morning Software has a 25+ year history and is renowned for its software innovations in the Defense Communications, Healthcare and Government sectors. As an Economic Inclusion industry leader, Donna consults mayors, procurement officials and diversity managers in elevating outcomes in Diversity, Equity, and Economic Inclusion throughout the country.

Pamela Gales


Pamela Gales has spent over 20 years of her career in Local and State government. First with Durham County, and now with Wake County Public School System. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University. She is a Certified Local Government Purchasing Officer (CLGPO), Executive Certified Master Compliance Administrator (ECMCA), Certified Economic Inclusion Officer (CEIO), and a Certified Supplier Diversity Professional (CSDP). She serves on the COMPASS Institute for Diversity Equity & Inclusion Board of Directors and is apart of the Membership and Marketing Committee. 

Cheryl Orr


Cheryl D. Orr retired from Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), as the Vice President of Human Capital where she was responsible for the Human Resources functions. She has spent over 25 years working in the field of Human Resources as an Assistant Director and subsequently Director/Vice President. She has worked for a small business as their HR VP, in an University setting as their HR Director and held several HR executive positions in local governments. After relocating to Dallas from Northern Virginia, she was hired by the City of Dallas to establish their Ethics and Diversity program under the auspices of the City Manager. In all her HR positions, Ms. Orr has always assumed an EEO/Diversity role and responsibilities in jurisdictions in which she worked.  She serves on the COMPASS Institute Board of Directors and is apart of the Education Committee.  

Steven Love


Steven R. Love is President & CEO and Founder of SRL Consulting, Inc., a minority-owned company designed to provide consulting services in economic inclusion, supplier diversity, and workforce development policy, strategy, and implementation. He has played a significant role in the development of a number of economic inclusion policies during the past twenty (20) years, and he has actively worked with minority and women businesses, public and private sector leadership, and diverse community groups to expand the opportunities for minority and other diverse businesses in areas such as the Greater Cincinnati (OH) and Northern Kentucky region, the Dayton (OH) region, Louisville-Jefferson County (KY), the Greater Indianapolis (IN) region, the Richmond (VA) region, and the Charleston (SC) region

Franklin M. Lee is one of the country's leading authorities on socio-economic policies that promote the use of small, minority-owned, and woman-owned businesses in government contracting. For more than 25 years, Mr. Lee has advised businesses on regulatory compliance with such policies, and the federal, state, and local governments on establishing and defending commercial non-discrimination policies and public contracting programs. Mr. Lee also assists large multi-national corporations with efforts to promote fairness and diversity in their use of commercial vendors
