The Poultry Federation 12th Annual Food Safety Conference is scheduled to take place on March 5-7, 2024 at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR. We are looking forward to hosting the 12th annual Food Safety Conference in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is located in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The resort offers a luxurious hotel, spa and event center. From the hotel's location adjacent to the racetrack, attendees can watch Thoroughbred racing from the comfort of their rooms and take in the scenic views of beautiful Hot Springs.

Food safety professionals, industry representatives and members of the academic community from across the country are encouraged to attend the growing conference. Participants will receive critical information on the topic of food safety, quality and compliance challenges from some of the best and most knowledgeable speakers in the business.
