Consul General at the State of Israel in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SARCG Lati has been a career diplomat for the past 22 years and is not new to China and Asia.
Right before arriving in Hong Kong, he was Director of North East Asia department at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Asia and Pacific division (2019-2021).
He was also Consul General of Israel in Chengdu (2014-2018) and Deputy Consul General of Israel in Shanghai (2006-2010).
He has received an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, MA in Democratic Studies from Open University of Israel and BA in Economics and Chinese Studies from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Chan has over 30 years of experience in the ICT industry, a chartered engineer, a chartered marketer, and a Fellow of Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK). Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan held various senior positions in global ICT companies including Hutchison, PCCW, Cable & Wireless HKT etc.. Chan has been active in public services, especially in education and industrial training, professional bodies, and charitable organisations. Kit Tai Hau
Professor at CUHKProfessor Hau Kit Tai is Research Professor of Faculty of Education of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Fellow of American Educational Research Association and the International Association of Applied Psychology, as well as the member of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) Technical Advisor Group and Strategic Development Group. Professor Hau’s research areas include motivation, psychometrics, research methodology and large-scale educational monitoring. Albert Ko

His research interests include robot-assisted search and rescue systems, humanitarian technology, and emergency water and sanitation systems. He is Director of Lingnan Entrepreneurship Initiative and Service-Learning at Lingnan University, Hong Kong.
Albert was the first Hong Kong engineer to join Médecins Sans Frontiers’ field missions in 2000. He volunteered in South Sudan during the civil war, Uzbekistan during 911, Indonesia during the South-East Asia Tsunami, Pakistan during the Kashmir earthquake, and Sichuan during the Wenchuan earthquake. Albert has completed 13 months of field mission and served as board members and advisors for major international relief organizations, including MSF and Red Cross, for nearly 10 years.
Albert co-founded INSIGHT Robotics with 2 friends in 2009 and developed world’s most accurate wildfire detection robot to protect valuable natural resources. The Company now has over 50 staff from 12 nationalities based in 5 offices around the globe. In China alone, over 70 robots are currently operating in 5 provinces. IBM named INSIGHT Robotics as Global Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 for its cutting-edge technology and social responsibility.
In 2006, Albert solo-cycled 2000 km across the Qinghai-Tibet plateau to raise $200,000 for Medecins Sans Frontiers. Prior to the Sichuan Earthquake, Albert organized the first “Emergency Engineering” course in 2006 with HK Institution of Engineers to prepare young engineers for demanding emergency relief operations. Some of the participants later contributed to the relief work in Sichuan Earthquake.

Maggie Wang

The company translates the state-of-the-art vaccine design technologies to pharmaceutical industry towards higher vaccine effectiveness and production efficiency. Nelson is a serial entrepreneur, the Founding CEO and Director of EP Venture Limited, a business strategy consultancy, and Appetizup Company Limited, an ESG consultancy. He provides advisory services to transform start-ups, public organizations, and private firms into efficient and sustainable businesses, with a focus on green energy, electronic commerce, and technology to improve business models. Nelson is also the Founding President of Unleash Foundation, an NGO that emphasizes social empowerment through education, and the Founding President of the China Hong Kong Culture Exchange Association, an NGO that promotes inclusion through cross-cultural exchange.
China Hong Kong Cultural Exchange Association is committed to providing a platform for cultural exchange between Hong Kong and international through organizing a wide variety of programs. The Association also contributes to discovering talents and nurturing incubation projects in the Greater Bay Area. Nelson graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Analysis in Business from the City University of Hong Kong from there he was conferred an Honorary Fellow. He serves as an honorary lecturer in various local Universities and was awarded Lion Rock Entrepreneur Award as well as was conferred an Honorary Fellow from Lingnan University in October 2021.

Nick Zeng
CEO of People Strong High-tech LtdAs a native of Guangzhou, Mr. Nick Zeng Jingqiang started his own business after graduating from the Master of Science in Multimedia and Entertainment Technology programme offered by PolyU’s School of Design. Nick is now the CEO of People Strong High-tech Ltd, a Shenzhen-based corporation committed to creating novel elderly healthcare solutions. His remarkable career success has earned him numerous accolades. He was recently honoured in the Hurun China “Under 30s To Watch 2020” list that recognises elite entrepreneurs aged 30 or under in China, and he was also recognised in the Forbes China “30 Under 30” 2019 list.

浙江大学教授，博士生导师 at 浙江大学浙江大学现代工业设计研究所副所长，中国机械工程学会工业设计分会常务委员兼总干事，中国好设计商业模式评审组组长。
作为负责人承担了国家社科基金艺术学项目、中国工程院重大咨询项目子课题、国家自然科学基金等课题，在文化创新设计、商业创新设计、智能设计等方面进行了研究和探索，以第一作者和通讯作者在国际期刊《Design Studies》 、《The Design Journal》、《Human Computer Interaction》、《International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics》、《Computers in Human Behavior》等上面发表多篇高水平论文，出版著作5部，教材1部。
连续举办了十届全国工业设计学术年会和国际工业设计研讨会，邀请国内外设计专业和行业领袖分享学术前沿知识。全国工业设计学术年会已经成为国内工业设计领域规模大、水平高、影响力广的品牌学术活动。担任2015——2020中国好设计商业模式评审组长，聚焦国家重大工程、重点项目和重要民生领域中具有引领性和示范性的创新设计项目。连续担任五届的计算智能与设计国际会议（ISCID）程序委员会主席，出版国际会议论文集，聚焦学术前沿，搭建交流平台。

許翠怡
創辦人及執行董事 at 國際環境領袖視野有限公司許翠怡女士為香港首批推動ESG及綠色金融培訓、發展環境及碳中和領袖人才培育的青年創業家，擁有逾7年兒童及青年人才培訓事務經驗。許女士是國際環境領袖視野有限公司（全港首間、目前唯一專門提供ESG及環境領袖訓練的幼兒及青少年培訓機構）的創辦人及董事、ESGtraining.org講師、香港城市大學深圳研究院創新創業中心ESG導師、大灣區碳中和協會理事，大中華青年總會青年部副部長兼碳中和關注組組長。她曾協助多項綠色金融項目的發展、為逾400間上市公司的ESG報告提供合規評級分析，曾任英國牛津大學實驗心理學項目研究員、國立台灣大學及香港大學跨文化項目研究助理。
許女士致力專注於雙碳時代下的ESG及金融科技人才發展，多家機構提供碳中和事務培訓課程，並創立「翠翠碳中和」頻道，透過定期於各大社交網絡平台上載小視頻以普及雙碳目標的概念和填充碳中和人才急劇發展的有關知識空缺。

創始合夥人 at 創新集鉅科技投資(廣東) 合夥企業(有限合夥)2013 年任景域集團驢媽媽旅遊網運營中心副總監，統計網站各項數據和用戶反饋，分析用戶需求、 行為，蒐集網站運營中產生的產品購買及網站功能需求。
2016 年任創新工場投後管理總監，負責公司係統的架構設計、研發工作;協助企業市值管理;對 系統框架相關技術和業務進行培訓，指導人員開發。投後管理的企業有:美團、知乎、曠視、要出發周邊遊、想像傳媒等。
2018 年成為創新工場大灣區基金合夥人，孵化創新工場——創新奇智廣東分公司建立;同年參與 泡泡瑪特 IPO 類融資。
2021 年創立創新集鉅科技投資(廣東)合夥企業(有限合夥)和旗下品牌根基賦能，任創始合夥人; 持有律師執業證。
