Ravel Lai is an IT & Digital veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the retail industry including Fashion, FMCG, Food & Beverage and shopping mall. He rejoined Jardine Restaurant Group HK for 4 years as Regional IT & Digital Director managing the IT & Digital teams for both Pizza Hut and KFC in HK, Macau, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Ravel drove a lot of IT projects to provide the key digital platforms for e-commerce, Social CRM and digital campaigns. In 2016, Ravel leaded the Pizza Hut team to win several awards such as HK ICT Gold award, Cloud Excellent award, Marketing Excellent awards and his personal China Top CIO award.

Ravel is not only an IT professional but also holds a MBA major in Marketing. Out of his work, he is a die-hard Liverpool football fan and the driver of his 10 years old daughter and the part-time lecturer of HKU SPACE ICB.

An expert in Business and People Management, with more than 20 years in top luxury brands (i.e. Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Burberry, Ermenegildo Zegna, Marc Jacobs) I lead multi-cultural organizations across Europe and Asia in creating a sustainable long term business through forming a talented and dynamic team.

I help organizations the transition between different trade formats by department operations efficiency and development Omni-channel strategies that drive expansion and growth.

Joyce started her career in advertising with McCann Erickson in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia worked her way to Hong Kong as Team Lead with the reputable direct marketing agency J. Walter Thompson in 1993. Her International placements across South East Asia and Japan continues for the next 28 years having assumed a senior management roles in banking, e-banking, CRM Consulting with the last 5 years championing Customer Experience with Singapore largest bank - Development Bank of Singapore (DBS Bank).

Joyce relocated to Singapore in 2011 to head marketing and communication for DBS and POSB Banks. She left her last position as DBS Private Bank Head of Customer Experience in 2014 to pursue a career in business analytics and CRM Consulting with a local Singapore company.

She is married to an Italian with one son and calls Turin, Italy home.

Her successes are found in her ability to leverage the science of marketing analytics to anchor business strategy. On the personal front, her passion lies in exploring new destinations for farm holidays around Italy.
