Raja Bavani
AVP, Cognizant Digital EngineeringRaja Bavani is a member of Cognizant’s Senior Leadership Team. In his current role, he leads the Business Development/Solutions/Analyst Relations group of Cognizant Digital Engineering. Over the past three years, Raja built an industry leading Agile Practice in Cognizant and enabled several large distributed Agile teams.
Raja has extensive experience in working with geographically distributed Agile teams for more than 10 years and delivering solutions to global customers in hi-tech, ISV, insurance, banking, finance and manufacturing domains. He has published papers at international conferences on topics related to distributed Agile. He has been a frequent speaker in conferences and industry events. With more than 20 years’ experience, he practices continuous learning and focuses on Agile Methods, DevOps and Digital Transformation.

Seng Hee has over 25 years of experience in application analysis, design, development, implementation and operations of critical systems and IT infrastructures with more than 17 years of Program Management experience managing complex multi-million dollar across the Asia Pacific Region :
Enterprise Agile Coach for a European Bank to drive the APAC Agile Transformation Program for the entire organization in SG. Overall Delivery Manager and Senior Scrum Master for one of the largest Agile program in the Singapore Government. Agile Advisor to other Agile Transformation Projects in the banking, insurance and government sectors in the APAC region. Program Manager for the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board Enterprise Sharepoint Development and Enhancements. Successfully managed a USD30 million UBS Transformation Program in the APAC Region.

Arthur had also been involved in providing consultation to senior client leaders in various organization to drive Agile, DevOps and Application Quality Transformation programs.
Adi Sundaram
Head of China Business at CognizantAdi has over 25 years of experience in the technology, services and software industry with leadership roles across Asia pacific, North America and Europe. He has spent over 12 years in China and has extensive expertise in Business Strategy and Growth, Program management and Delivery, P&L management and Change management.
As Head of China Business at Cognizant, Adi supports the transformational agenda of the clients by leveraging his in-depth industry expertise and technology knowledge and provides higher value to Customers across “Run the Business” and “Change the business”.
He provides strategic and operational direction to the China business and has been instrumental in setting up a steady business growth trajectory with profitable operations. In his previous roles, he has set up and run profitable business units successfully.
