As part of the commitment of PFIP to build an industry that is safe and inclusive to LGBT+ professionals, we have instituted industry standards policies to ensure that organizations can fully support our community through active senior leadership sponsorship, SOGIE education & awareness, and leadership development of our LGBT+ membership. 

PFIP launches the first Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards that will be the platform not to just recognize the exemplary contribution of firms, organizations, and leaders but also to serve as inspiration to the wider industry that being inclusive is great for their people and is the right thing to do.
