In this interactive conference session, Michele will share how communities can facilitate projects and outline the community partners and community engagement needed to make them work. Because communities across Arkansas function differently and have different resources, she will help participants spot potential glitches between cities, counties, school districts, assessors, tax collectors and treasurers to determine who’s responsible for what.
