Driving the development of ABB's welding and cutting business across 40+ countries, managing regional application centers in Europe, the U.S.A., Brazil, China and South Asia to help global and local customers to improve productivity and profitability.
Brian joined Arcstone after working as Director of Strategy for Nike, where
he was responsible for proliferating Nike’s initiatives across its
manufacturing landscape for apparel, equipment, and footwear. Today he
helps to spearhead Smart Manufacturing Transformation for
manufacturers at Arcstone. Brian is a regular lecturer in Industry 4.0 and
driving the Digital Manufacturing journey for factories globally.
Prior to Nike, Brian worked at the Walt Disney Company in a variety of
finance, business development, and strategy roles and began his career in
management consulting. Brian holds a BA in Economics from University of
California, Irvine.

Thuy Nguyen has nearly twenty years of research and consulting experience in the field of industrial development and private sector manufacturing networks. She has been a researcher with the Vietnam Institute of Industrial and Trade Policy and Strategy (VIOIT) belonging to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam since 2012. She was a member of drafting team of automotive master plan and conducted a number of studies on Vietnam’s automotive industry.
Before this, she was a researcher for the Vietnam Development Forum (VDF), a joint research project between the National Economics University in Hanoi, and the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo, Japan.
