Kari T. Meyer is Director of Federal & State Relations for CPS Energy, the nation’s largest municipally owned utility providing both electric and gas service to the San Antonio area. In her role, she is responsible for the utility’s interface with the Texas Legislature, Congress, and state and federal regulatory entities. She also represents the utility within its state and federal trade associations. Kari has been with CPS Energy since 2014.
Lauryn is an associate in the Norton Rose Fulbright Austin office. Her practice focuses on renewable energy transactions such as the acquisition and sale of renewable energy projects, joint ventures, project development and matters concerning engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements. Her practice also involves representing lenders, including bilateral and multilateral develop finance agencies, and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, documents and implementing domestic and international project financings.
Lauren is counsel in the Norton Rose Fulbright Austin office. Her practice focuses on renewable energy real estate development, with a particular interest in mineral curative strategies. She advises utility-scale renewable energy developers and financing parties throughout a project's life cycle, from commencement of site acquisition to completion of decommissioning obligations
