Dr. Jordan Ford
Resident at the Animal Medical CenterDr. Jordan Ford was raised in West Virginia and earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Harvard University. He worked for three years after graduation as a research coordinator at the New York State Psychiatric Institute’s Anxiety Disorders Clinic but ultimately decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After obtaining his doctorate from Cornell University, Dr. Ford completed a one year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center. He is now honored to be the AMC’s first formal resident in dentistry and oral surgery. The AMC’s Dentistry Service remains the only such specialty service in New York City, and Dr. Ford is excited to support the department in continuing to set the standard for veterinary oral healthcare.
