Rachel joined Achieve60AZ in 2018 as the first Executive Director for the organization. She started off her career in education as a Teach For America corps member, and later founded and led Phoenix Collegiate Academy, a high-performing charter school in South Phoenix. Throughout the past several years, Rachel has been recognized as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s “40 under 40”, a Spirit of South Mountain Educational Award recipient, an Athena Young Professional, a Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Impact Award winner, and a member of the Organization for Non-Profit Professionals. She earned her Masters in Education from Arizona State University and her Bachelors at Georgetown University, and is a graduate of the Valley Leadership Institute, Class 38, and a 2018 Flinn-Brown Fellow.
