Director of Victim Services at Central Division ServicesGabrielle Rainey, Director of Victim Services at Central Division Victim Services of Philadelphia, is a highly motivated, dedicated, compassionate skilled professional with years of experience providing trauma informed services to victims, witnesses, and co-victims of crime. Gabrielle holds her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Widener University. She is a Credentialed Victim Advocate, with a specialty in homicide cases, through the National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP). Gabrielle provides high levels of service to victims through trained practices in trauma informed care and trauma informed language.
