How to Manage the "S" Word and Talk Openly About Suicidality

Amy Groh is the Director of Crisis Intervention and Delegate Services at Service Access and Management, Inc., a private non-profit agency that provides intake, referral, case management, Crisis Intervention and emergency services under contract to the Berks County Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities Program and Community Care Behavioral Health Services Organization. Amy has been working in the field of mental health for nearly 26 years, having worked as a case manager, case management supervisor and Associate Director for the Mental Health Department. Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University and a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health from Alvernia University. Amy is an active member of the Berks County Suicide Prevention Task Force as well as a Certified QPR Instructor.
