Daileyne Abraham is the Design-Build Project Director for the New York City office of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). In this role, Daileyne manages Van Wyck Expressway Capacity and Access Improvements to JFK Airport Contracts 2 and 3 and Hunts Point Truck Access Contract 3, totaling over $1.5 billion in capital construction. Prior to this, Daileyne was Area Construction Supervisor on several major NYSDOT projects in New York City, also serving as Regional Materials and Geotechnical Groups Manager and Assistant to the Director of Construction. Daileyne has previous experience in the Executive and Design groups in the New York City and Long Island regions of NYSDOT, respectively. Daileyne is a licensed professional engineer in New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Hofstra University and a Master’s degree in construction management from NYU Tandon.

Luis Aristy is the Design-Build Project Manager for New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), Van Wyck Expwy Rehabilitation – Contract 3 Project. In this role, Luis manages the Van Wyck Expressway Capacity and Access Improvements to JFK Airport Contracts 3 construction. Luis has been with NYSDOT, Region 11 for 27 years. Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The City College of New York.

Amanda has been with the Port Authority of NY & NJ for over 7 years, having joined the Agency in 2017 as an Aviation Operations Fellow. During this two-year program, Amanda rotated through various Aviation Department units, including Landside Operations at LGA during the airport’s Redevelopment Program. After completion of the Fellowship, Amanda spent more than three years in JFK’s Airport Operations Center, where she provided support to airport operations through daily collaboration and communication with the Airport Community and stakeholders. In this role she also had oversight of the social media team and conducted annual training for staff members on Emergency Operations Center activation and operating procedures.
For the last two years, Amanda has worked as a part of JFK’s Landside Operations Redevelopment unit, focusing on the Roadways, Utilities, and Ground Transportation Center contract. Her role is to advocate for daily operational needs, highlight potential issues, and mitigate the operational impacts of the Redevelopment Program for customers.
Prior to joining the Port Authority, Amanda held positions in airport operations and security at both Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Dallas Love Field. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Aviation and a Bachelor’s in Homeland Security from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she also obtained her Commercial Pilot Certificate.

Kristen Derewecki has been with the Port Authority of NY & NJ for over 12 years. She initially joined as an intern and later participated in the Associates Program after graduation. Kristen rotated through various divisions within the Engineering Department before permanently joining the Construction Management Division at the George Washington Bridge (GWB). Over the next eight years at the GWB, she worked on State of Good Repair Contracts and the Restore the George Program, managing projects including Pavement Rehabilitation, Anchorage Rehabilitation, Fire Standpipe Replacement, Main Cable and Suspender Rope Rehabilitation, and 178th and 179th Street Ramp Rehabilitation.
After her time at the GWB, Kristen managed Construction Field Offices for the Holland Tunnel, Lincoln Tunnel, Staten Island Bridges, and the Bus Terminal. Her key projects included the successful installation and implementation of All Electronic Tolling across all PANYNJ Tunnels and Bridges, Holland Tunnel Sandy Rehabilitation, and planning for the Lincoln Tunnel Helix Replacement.
Since late 2022, Kristen has been involved in the JFK Redevelopment and State of Good Repair Contracts, working on projects like the Roadways, Utilities, and Ground Transportation Design-Build Project, as well as various enabling landside and airside contracts aimed at installing new utilities, hard stands, and improving taxiways to support the new Terminal Redevelopment.
Kristen holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
