MAC Conference Policies

CEU's

To obtain CEUs:

1. Please verify that your ASHA and/or AAA numbers are included in your membership profile. 
2. Please check in to each session by scanning the QR code near the conference room entrance. 
3. Submit CEU learner outcomes for each presentation you attend. Use this link.​

Exhibitors:

One individual CEU form allowed for each full priced exhibitor table purchased

Registration

1.  No refunds will be issued after 8am on the first day of the conference

Cancellation/Refund Policy

         · Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email or mail      ten days prior to the start of the conference in order to secure a full refund. 

         · Cancellation requests received at nine days, or less, prior to the  start of the conference are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

         · Cancellation requests after the start of the conference are subject      to no refund.
