What Information Will I Need to Register My Group?

The following information will be needed in order to register all members of your group:

Required information:

• First and Last Name
• NAMA member email (if you don't have this, you may use your own member email multiple times)
• Phone (if you don't have this, you may use your own phone number multiple times)
• T-shirt size (official NAMAZona foray tee-shirts are included with your ticket)

Not required but helpful to us:

• NAMA-affiliated club (if any)
• Food allergies/dietary restrictions

Can I Bring a Pet to the Event?

Pets are not permitted at the event, except for registered service animals.

Is Smoking Allowed at the Event?

Please note that no smoking of any kind is permitted on the grounds of Strawberry Inn or Strawberry Lodge. Please be aware that Arizona can be a dry environment, even during mushroom season; forest fires are a real concern of which to be mindful while on forays.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

Please note that, following completion of purchase, all cancellations of registration for NAMAZona will be subject to a cancellation fee according to the cancellation fee schedule provided below. Cancellations must be sent in writing to our Foray Registrar, Peggy Green, via email, at forayregistrar@namyco.org. Please review the following cancellation timeline policies carefully, noting that all mentions of time are to be understood as occurring in Central Time:

• Cancellations received by or before midnight June 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the purchase price. 
• Cancellations received between 12:01 AM June 1, 2024 and by or before midnight June 30, 2024, will receive a refund totaling 50% of purchase price. 
• Cancellations received after midnight on July 1, 2024 will receive no refund.
• Upon request, we will be happy to send a donation letter from NAMA acknowledging all canceled event registration fees as a tax-deductible donation to NAMA under the organization's designation by the U.S. Federal Government as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
