Flights

Arrival - Make your travel arrangements to arrive at the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) on Tuesday, June 22. Our trip will begin with dinner at 6 p.m.


Departure - Make your travel arrangements to depart from the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) on Sunday, June 27.

Ground Transportation

We will have vans to transport you to and from the airport and from the hotel to the trailhead. National Park COVID protocol will require all travelers in the van to wear masks at all times. You may want to rent a car or drive your own vehicle.

Elevation

Depending on which hikes you choose elevation will be between 7,000 and 10,300 feet.

L3 COVID Protocol

As of January 2021, L3's COVID protocol for events:

  1. Small groups – Events will have a limited number of attendees.
  2. More space aboard vehicles – We are adding vehicles, using larger vehicles and walking.
  3. Outdoor venues – We're resuming our travel programs with outdoor-driven events first. We'll eat outdoors whenever possible, weather permitting.
  4. Extra spacing indoor – We will provide extra personal space via additional tables or socially distanced seating in auditoriums.
  5. Enhanced sanitation – Following guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we will require daily cleaning of vehicles and function space, and the use of face masks and gloves when preparing and serving meals.
  6. Suppliers – We will confirm that local suppliers are adhering to the most up-to-date health and safety guidelines.
  7. Travelers will be required to wear a mask whenever they are in a vehicle, when social distancing is limited or when we are indoors.
