Pacific Northwest NAMA Camp FAQ - Frequently asked questions:

I'm having trouble registering. What's the trick?

  • You must be a current NAMA member to complete the registration. If you have problems completing registration, please check first to make sure your membership has not expired.
  • The registration system requires you to log in to your NAMA membership account linked to your email address. If you need help to set up or adjust your NAMA membership account, Luke Smithson at membershipmanager@namyco.org

Is NAMA offering any shuttles or transportation services if flying in from out of town?

We aren't offering any shuttles from the Portland or Seattle airports, but we do have a Community forum for folks to find other travelers and potentially share rental cars in the Rideshare Group on the forum.

Can couples and or families stay together in the same bunkhouse?

Due to the bathroom configuration, the bunkhouses are separated by gender, and we're unable to house couples and families together. When you register, let us know who's in your group, and we'll try to assign you to adjacent bunkhouses.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes, you'll need to bring your bedding and toiletries if you're staying on-site. If you want to purchase a sleeping bag, you can do so in the "Add On" section

If I want to arrange my own housing, what are my options?

There are several hotels and local Airbnb's in Packwood, Washington, about 30 minutes from the Cispus Learning Center. You can purchase a Commuter Pass, arrange for your lodging, and then drive into the event.

Do you have RV hookups?

Officially, it's dry camping. We have one site for filling water tanks, dumping, and flushing. There is a bathroom building for campers, and folks can also use bunkhouse showers.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted at this event. Registered service animals are welcome, provided that the registration papers are provided to the foray registrar in advance of your arrival so that she can provide them to Cispus.

Are there any Cispus Policies I should be aware of?

  • Cispus has requested that our attendees avoid bringing in peanuts or other common allergens out of concern for the groups of children who are their usual guests.
  • Cannabis is not permitted at Cispus, as it is a federally managed facility.

What if I need to cancel?
