Keillen Ndlovu
Independent Property AnalystKeillen Ndlovu has excelled in various markets, including local and developed economies, and has received several top-performance awards. Having commenced his property career at Standard Bank Properties in 2004, he moved to STANLIB, where he eventually assumed leadership responsibilities and managed property funds catering to retail and institutional clients. A key figure in the ascent of one the largest and most successful local and global property unit trusts in South Africa, he played an instrumental role in driving total assets under management to almost R30 billion during the height of the property market. He concluded his tenure at STANLIB at the end of 2021 and now operates independently, leveraging his knowledge and experience to make a substantial impact as an analyst, thought leader and consultant. He shares his insights on various property topics at seminars, conferences and in the media.
